What’s Leaving Netflix in December 2025
As we begin to close out 2025, we’re once again taking a look at the titles set to leave Netflix throughout the month. December always brings a wave of departures as licenses expire, and this year is no different. Some big studio favorites, family holiday staples, classic comedies, and some long-running shows will soon be heading out the door.
Among the notable removals this month are the entire Austin Powers trilogy, Coming to America, Apollo 13, and Inglourious Basterds. On the family side, Paddington, Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial will be exiting. One of the biggest TV goodbyes comes early in the month, with Animal Kingdom and How I Met Your Mother departing, alongside the major loss of Supernatural near the end of December after years on the platform.
As always, we’ll be updating this list throughout November and into December with removal notices typically displayed on the individual shows and movies roughly 30 days before removal. Removals are subject to change.
