Netflix Black Friday Deals 2025: No Discounted Plans But Plenty of Merch Savings
While you can’t get any Netflix subscriptions cheaper, you can pick up some Netflix merch heavily discounted.
Black Friday is here, and it’s your annual chance to score some deals the day after Thanksgiving (or just a regular ole’ Friday for everyone else). As we’ve covered for many years now, Netflix itself doesn’t offer discounts on its subscription, but there are a few other ways to score deals on Netflix titles.

Netflix (Once Again) Isn’t Offering Discounted Subscriptions
Netflix remains one of the rare holdouts among streaming services offering Black Friday deals. As our friends at CordCuttersNews covered today, most streaming services are offering deep discounts, such as Hulu and Disney discounted in the US to $4.99, plus rivals Paramount+, Starz, and HBO Max down to a paltry $2.99.
The primary reason Netflix skips Black Friday is simple: They don’t think they have to participate. They never discount, and they view that as a competitive advantage. If you want Netflix, you pay the price.
The only workaround is that if you’re shopping for a new phone (in the US), T-Mobile and Verizon both offer deals that bundle Netflix’s ad tier.

If you’re looking to get some Netflix merch for your loved ones or for yourself for Christmas, today is the perfect day to do so. The little-known site is home to hundreds of products across many different categories, from clothing, jewelry, bags, homeware, mugs, and basically anything you can think of. Although Netflix was slow out of the gate to get merchandise out for KPop Demon Hunters following it blowing up on Netflix (and continues to reside in the weekly top 10s to this day), the store now hosts close to 400 products.

How does the discount code work? Add all the products you want to your shopping bag, then enter the code BFCM35 at checkout, and the price gets zapped by 35%. This compares quite favorably to prior years. In 2023, they offered a 30% discount. They traditionally offer a similar Cyber Monday deal, too.

Getting Netflix Originals on DVD or Blu-ray isn’t always easy, as many titles have never made the jump to physical media. On the movie side, a few of Netflix’s titles over the years have been added to the prestigious Criterion Collection. Many of the 10 that are within the collection are now 50% off on Amazon for a limited time:
Stranger Things Graphic Novels Sale
US and Some International Regions
Given that season 5 volume 1 of Stranger Things just dropped, you may be looking for something to pass the time until volume 2 releases over Christmas. You couldn’t go much worse than the myriad of companion reading materials that have become available over the years. From spin-off novels for the majority of the cast, prequels, graphic novels, and scripts, many of the books are at heavy discounts (up to 60%) over the next few days.

- IMDb Pro – 50% after free trial – good if you want to track Netflix titles or find a job in the entertainment industry
- Google TV Streamer – 25% Off
- Warner Bros Store – 30% off with code BFCM30 – Home to products for some shows that are on Netflix, like Gilmore Girls and Seinfeld.
- NBC Universal Store – 35% off with code BFCM35 – Products for a few shows that are on Netflix, like Gabby’s Dollhouse, New Amsterdam, Resident Alien, Seinfeld, and others.
- Funko and Loungefly – Many Netflix shows have gotten Funko Pops over the years, and they’re discounting up to 70% off various statues and merch lines.
We did have a quick look at discounts for Netflix House in Philadelphia and came up short. While event prices are discounted depending on the time of day you choose, there’s no specific Black Friday promotion.
