Mark Rober’s CrunchLabs Compilation Lands on Netflix

Some of the YouTubers’ biggest videos are now on Netflix.

Mark Rober has touched down on Netflix. In a new series titled Mark Rober’s CrunchLabs, you’ll enter a science playground where former NASA engineer turned YouTuber Mark Rober tackles challenges that push creativity to the limit.

You may recall that Netflix struck a deal with the YouTuber, who boasts a following of over 70 million subscribers, back in August 2025. That deal would see two shows come to Netflix, beginning with this compilation and an all-new original show in 2026, which we know will be a competition series of some description. It’s part of a recent push to bring some of YouTube’s biggest content creators over to the streamer and hopefully, their audiences along for the ride too. Ms. Rachel is the biggest example for 2025, although CoComelon arguably was the biggest early mover in the space.

Most of the episodes added to Netflix today are some of Mark Rober’s most-watched titles on his channel, with many having upwards of 100 million views on YouTube. Most runtimes are a little shorter on Netflix than on YouTube, but all do still have the advertisement at the end for the CrunchLabs subscription

The episodes come in a wide variety of audio and subtitle options, with many of the dubs appearing to be synthetically generated by artificial intelligence (AI) rather than dubbed by a voice actor, as in Netflix Original productions. We tried numerous languages, and many of them have the characteristics of Mark Rober’s voice. Netflix has never officially confirmed whether it uses AI dubbing, but this seems to be the clearest case yet (with the caveat that this is not a Netflix Original), and there are no credits at the end of each episode to confirm either.
