In recent years, the oldest of the famous family, Kourtney, 46, has stepped back from the spotlight compared to her sisters.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, which aired on Oct. 30, the mom of four revealed what her priorities look like these days.
“I usually try to work once a week, at the most, if that,” she said in a confessional. “Or once a month.”
In the episode, she was making an exception to that rule for her stepdaughter, Alabama Barker, who enlisted her help to film a teaser video for her Twitch gaming account.

“I love being there for her to support her. I love that she asked me, that she thinks I’m cool enough to be in her video,” Kourtney said.
Kourtney made similar comments about her changing priorities last season. After joining her sister Kim for a Dolce & Gabbana photoshoot, she called the experience “a good reminder of why I retired into motherhood.”
“I mean, it’s fun to be on set with Kim and the vibes are immaculate, but I think this makes me want to wear massive clothes. I’m not into showing my body right now,” she said in a confessional.
“I don’t work out; it’s not my priority. I’m in a taking care of my baby and kids and going on tour with my husband mode. I’m just not that girl anymore.”

Towards the end of Keeping Up with the Kardashians‘ 20-season run, Kourtney came close to quitting reality TV altogether.
A source told PEOPLE at the time that Kourtney was “happy to be filming less for both herself and the kids,” referring to her three kids with ex Scott Disick: Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10.
“As Kourtney and Scott’s kids get older, especially Kourtney feels that public exposure is not really beneficial for the kids,” the source said. “She feels more and more protective of the kids.”
Tensions arose on KUWTK over Kourtney’s desire to keep parts of her life private and off-camera, which led Kim to accuse her of not having a strong work ethic.
Kourtney later addressed those comments, writing in a post at the time, “I realize that a lot of the conversation right now surrounds my work ethic, and I feel like I need to just make one thing clear: raising children is a job as well. In fact, it’s the hardest and most rewarding job that I have ever had.”
