Kevin Durant Docuseries In Development at Netflix
A documentary focused on the NBA’s Kevin Durant is in development at Netflix.

Netflix has announced that a Kevin Durant docuseries is in development, with filming already concluded, which documents his performance during the 2023-2024 NBA season and the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
It has been confirmed that the series will be directed by Michael D. Ratner and Robert Alexander, both Emmy Award-winning directors for their respective works, including Ratner’s The Lineup: Best New York Movies and Alexander’s The Shop.
Producing the series is OBB Pictures, with executive producers Michael D. Ratner, Scott Ratner, Kfir Goldberg, and Camille Maratchi, Boardroom’s Rich Kleiman and Sarah Flynn. Robert Alexander is also an executive producer.
The documentary will focus on Kevin Durant during the 2023-2024 NBA season and the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, offering fans even more unfiltered access to one of the NBA’s most popular players with behind-the-scenes footage and unfiltered interviews with Durant. His life and career, from his time in high school and college through his early NBA career to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, will also be central to the documentary.

As the documentary progresses through Durant’s journey and career, there will be extensive interviews featuring Durant’s family, friends, teammates, and coaches.
Kevin Durant has already featured extensively in the Netflix documentary Starting 5, which follows 5 NBA stars and their journeys throughout the regular season.
Michael D. Ratner, the Founder and CEO of OBB, shared a statement about the series:
