Katy Perry Shares New Adorable Backstage Snap of Daisy Dove While on Tour

Katy Perry is showing her daughter how show business is done!

In a new carousel of photos posted to Instagram on Wednesday, Nov. 5, the “Hot N Cold” singer, 41, included her baby girl Daisy Dove in a backstage photo highlighting a sweet mother-daughter moment.

“we do be touring and we do be releasing new music,” Perry captioned the upload.

Midway through the collection of photos was an image of the pop star fully dressed in stage performance gear, smiling as she sat in a chair next to her little one.

Daisy’s face did not appear in the snap, as she sat with her back to the camera and a set of blue headphones over her ears.

Perry shares her 5-year-old daughter with her ex-fiancée Orlando Bloom. The former couple welcomed Daisy in August 2020, and  confirmed their split in June.

Three months later, Bloom said Daisy is his and the Grammy-nominated singer’s priority.

“We have the most beautiful daughter,” he told Today‘s Craig Melvin on Sept. 5, later adding, “And we’re great. We’re going to be great. Nothing but love.”

The Pirates of the Caribbean star, 48, also shares son Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom with his ex-wife, model Miranda Kerr.

The “Last Friday Night” singer’s Instagram photo roundup also made mention of Daisy in a text message with her photographer Cynthia Parkhurst, as documented in a hilarious screenshot.

“I also showed daisy this photo before she left and she counted 11 fans so congrats on having 11 fans come to the show tonight,” Parkhurst told Perry.

The screenshot included a single photo of a packed arena. Perry reacted to the message with a “heart” and “thumbs up” emoji.

This isn’t the first time the “Wide Awake” singer has shared behind-the-scenes content of Daisy joining her mom on the road. 

In August, Perry posted another Instagram carousel chronicling her ongoing Lifetimes tour as it made a stop in New York City at Madison Square Garden.

This upload began with a photo of just the two of them together.

Daisy’s back was also to the camera this time around as she wore a bright and colorful dress and focused intently on a toy puppy before her, on the ground near her mother’s feet.

Perry stood underneath a stadium sign in a burnt orange and purple strapless mini dress, beaming as she looked down at her little girl play.

“EAST COAST I ❤️ YOU. Sorry I wrote a song about the West Coast being better but here’s a East Coast splat to make up for it 🫠” the “California Gurls” singer wrote as the caption.
