Jennifer Lopez Makes Her First-Ever Trip To India; Here’s Why She Is In Udaipur
Jennifer Lopez is in India to perform at the wedding of American billionaire Rama Raju Mantena’s daughter, Netra Mantena, and tech entrepreneur Vamsi Gadiraju.

Jennifer Lopez has touched down in India for the very first time. On Saturday, November 22, the global pop icon and actress arrived in Udaipur to attend the high-profile wedding of the Orlando-based billionaire and CEO of Ingenus Pharmaceuticals, Rama Raju Mantena’s daughter, Netra Mantena, with tech entrepreneur Vamsi Gadiraju.
In a post shared on Instagram, JLo was seen stepping out of the Udaipur airport with her team. She was dressed in an oversized brown fur coat, black boots, and chic sunglasses. The actress-singer completed her airport OOTD with a half-updo and subtle makeup. Her visit has become a major highlight of the festivities, which began on November 21, and is scheduled to wrap with the wedding ceremony and reception on November 23.
Who All Are Arriving At The Udaipur Wedding?
The 56-year-old star is expected to deliver a special performance during the wedding festivities, which have already garnered much attention for its high-profile guests. Some reports also suggest Justin Bieber might perform at the event, though no official confirmation has been issued so far. The celebrations are being held across several of Udaipur’s iconic luxury properties, including The Leela Palace, Zenana Mahal, and the island palace on Lake Pichola.
The star-studded guest list includes US President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., and leading Bollywood stars such as Hrithik Roshan, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and others.
What’s Jennifer Lopez Up To These Days?
JLo was most recently seen on screen in the musical drama Kiss of the Spider Woman, which hit theatres on October 10. Written and directed by Bill Condon, the film was based on the 1992 stage musical, which was in turn based on Manuel Puig’s 1976 novel. Besides Jennifer, the musical drama also features Diego Luna, Tonatiuh, Tony Dovolani, Josefina Scaglione, and Bruno Bichir, among others. JLo’s ex-husband, Ben Affleck, and actor Matt Damon’s Artist Equity production company co-produced the movie.
Currently, JLo has the romantic comedy Office Romance, opposite Brett Goldstein, in the works, and will also appear in the feature adaptation of Liv Constantine’s novel, The Last Mrs. Parrish.
On the other hand, Jennifer is also set to return to Las Vegas for her Jennifer Lopez: Up All Night Live in Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. It will begin on December 30 and continue until March 2026.
