Big Time Rush Singer Logan Henderson Hospitalized After ‘Bad’ Injury Forced Him to Leave the Stage Mid-Performance

Big Time Rush singer Logan Henderson was hospitalized after sustaining a “pretty bad” injury while performing live onstage at a recent concert.

The incident occurred while Henderson, 36, was performing in Kraków, Poland, amid the band’s In Real Life Worldwide tour on Thursday, Nov. 20, per TMZ. The singer bumped his knee near the end of the show, resulting in an open cut, according to the outlet.

Fan footage from the concert shows Henderson’s bandmates addressing the crowd after he had left the stage.

“We just wanna let you know Logan’s okay. He had a little fall, and we just wanna make sure that he’s gonna be okay, so they’re checking him out in the back,” a band member told the crowd in the footage.

While Henderson did not return to complete the show, he addressed the incident in a video on his Instagram Stories that was also shared by the band, per Entertainment Weekly.

“Hey, Kraków, thank you for a great show,” Henderson began in the video. “Sorry, I couldn’t stay to finish. I was having a little too much fun, so I hit my knee pretty bad and had to get taken to the emergency room.”

“I’m doing okay, and they’re fixing me up, so I should be better in no time,” he continued. “It’s gonna be good, we’re gonna put some stitches in there, but anyways, thanks for tonight. Love you guys, and I’m doing all right, so thank you for checking in. Love you.”

Henderson did not share whether he would be able to rejoin the group for their upcoming shows in Prague and Berlin.

The band, which also includes Kendall Schmidt, 35, James Maslow, 35, and Carlos PenaVega, 36, rose to fame in 2009 when they portrayed fictionalized versions of themselves in the Nickelodeon show Big Time Rush, which ran on the network for four seasons.

The band is currently on a world tour that kicked off in July, in which they are performing every song from the series.

“We truly have the best fans in the world, and when we sat down to plot this tour, we wanted to give them everything they have always asked us for and dreamed of,” the band said in a statement in February announcing the tour.

“That’s the reason we are so excited to be going on the road all over the world to play every song from every episode of the TV show. We know how many of our fans hold these songs close to their hearts, having first heard so many of them watching our show,” they added.
