AMC’s new entry into its Anne Rice universe of shows is coming soon to Netflix globally, beginning with an international rollout in December 2025. Here’s what you need to know.

Greenlit in mid-2024, the series is the third installment in AMC’s expansion into the world of Anne Rice. The series centers on the mysterious Talamasca, the shadowy organization that has observed, documented, and protected the human world from witches, vampires, spirits, and other supernatural forces for centuries. The story follows recruits drawn into the Order’s hidden archives and haunted investigations, where ancient secrets, dangerous powers, and uneasy alliances blur the line between watcher and participant.

The cast includes Nicholas Denton as Guy Anatole, Celine Buckens as Doris, Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Olive, William Fichtner as Jasper, and Elizabeth McGovern as Helen, with Eric Bogosian as Daniel Molloy and Jason Schwartzman as Burton appearing as special guest stars.

The series is coming to Netflix as part of an expanded pact with AMC announced earlier this year, building on their 2024 deal that brought many of their biggest shows to the streamer in the United States.

As part of this renewed pact, both Anne Rice shows on Netflix US, Interview with the Vampire and Mayfair Witches, have already received or will receive new seasons in the US and have also been rolling out internationally in most territories.

Talamasca: The Secret Order Will Arrive on Netflix Internationally in December 2025

All six episodes that make up season 1 will be touching down on Netflix internationally on December 1st, 2025.

Netflix in multiple countries will carry the show, including the United Kingdom, most of Europe, such as the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Germany. We’ve also spotted it coming to Latin American regions like Brazil and Mexico.

A few regions we weren’t able to verify include Canada and Australia, where the show already has streaming arrangements on AMC+/Shudder and Stan, respectively.

The news that it’s coming to Netflix so soon is quite a surprise, given that it’s still on the air and will wrap up with its series finale on November 23rd, 2025, meaning Netflix is getting it just a week after its airing.

When will Talamasca: The Secret Order be on Netflix US?

While we’ve got confirmation that the show will be heading to Netflix in the United States, it won’t be released on Netflix in December like in international territories.

Instead, all we’ve got so far is confirmation, courtesy of a press release, that “The next Anne Rice series, Talamasca: The Secret Order, will also become available next year.” That could be anywhere throughout the year, but we wouldn’t be surprised if the series has year-long exclusivity on AMC+, meaning it may not be streaming in the US until much later in the second half of the year. We’ll keep you posted.
