11 Beloved SBS K-Dramas Are Coming to Netflix’Perfect for Your Next Binge
There are 10 fantastic SBS k-dramas coming to Netflix in November 2025.
Late last year, Netflix signed an output deal with the major Korean broadcaster SBS, promising to deliver new and older content from SBS’s fantastic library. After an extended wait, we finally have our first large batch of SBS K-dramas coming to Netflix US, including Dr. Romantic, Doctor John, The Penthouse: War in Life, and more!
SBS is one of the largest broadcasters in South Korea and is responsible for one of the most popular terrestrial television stations, SBS TV. Millions of Korean citizens watch the station every day. The deal Netflix signed last year was to provide subscribers with new content, which we’ve already seen in 2025 with The Winning Try, Queen Mantis, and Dynamite Kiss, which arrives on November 12, 2025.
Also part of the deal was to include some content from the rich content library. After 11 months, we’re finally seeing that promise delivered with some of the best of the SBS library coming to the Netflix US library on Monday, November 17, 2025.

Birth of a Beauty (1 Season)

Heir to a large company, Han Tae Hee is suffering from broken heart syndrome. But in order to get the love of his life back, he changes the unattractive and overweight Sa Geum Ran into the beautiful Sa Ra. However, Han Tae Hee’s plan backfires on him when he begins to fall in love with her.

He is joined by fellow anesthesiologist Kang Shi Young, a fellow professor with a compassionate and attentive nature. Together, alongside their colleagues, they solve their patients’ ailments.
